A party of 9 adults and 2 children stayed at this amazing villa, we all said we felt very much at home. Very spacious, 9 beautiful bedrooms to choose from. There was plenty of dinner plates, cups, cutlery etc, it didn’t lack anything. The pool and the hot tub were both lovely and warm and we couldn’t wait to get back from the parks to use them. The bedrooms were very spacious and the beds so comfortable! The villa is situated very close to Disney and not too far at all from the other parks, so very central. Close to supermarkets and restaurants too. Easy booking and great communication from Pat, always was very quick to reply to any questions. Sharon from the Villa management company was super helpful too and close by if any help was needed. We were so sad to leave after our 2 week holiday, we would have no hesitation in booking again with Pat in one of her beautiful villas. Many thanks once again!

We have stayed at multiple rental homes with our family and this one far surpassed them all. House was spacious comfortable and unbelievably well equipped with anything you can possibly need. The backyard is really what made our stay most enjoyable. It was large with plenty of couches and chairs plus a dining table too. Management was very responsive and instructions throughout the house were very clear.

In this case pictures don't lie. Couldn't ask for anything more and the host is absolutely wonderful. Plan to try another one of her properties soon!

This home is beautiful. The home offered us 6 couples to have our own baths and personal space. Having 2 refrigerators, dish washers and laundry was perfect for our large group. We enjoyed having a huge dining table to eat together and play cards. Only one thing we found that would have been nice was to have a couple large frying pans to make larger quantities of food for 12 adults. The game room was fun, we used the pool table and air hockey table. The owner responded in a timely manner to any questions we had prior to arrival. Highly recommended and we will book again!

We came with our kids, our grandkids and had a great time. The place was clean and plenty of bedrooms. The game room was enjoyed. The pool was great and the hot tub two refrigerators and two dishwashers was awesome. We had a great time as a family. The only thing that was said is a negative was nobody wanted to go home

To start, the house was phenomenal. The cleanest and well kept vacation house I have stayed at. We ended up having 9 people (3 sets of adults and 3 young kids) and there was an abundance of space for everyone. The beds were comfortable, the layout was awesome, and the main floor living/kitchen area could not be any better. The outdoor area and the pool were heavily used as we had perfect weather all week. Everyone that went loved the stay and I would definitely book again in the future. Thank you!

The villa was extremely comfortable and well appointed with everything we needed to make our family gathering of 12 a great success. The owner was very helpful and welcoming and she and the house manager decorated the house to look very festive with a beautifully decorated Christmas tree and other lovely decorations. We really felt at home. Our grandchildren (and the adults too) loved the pool and hot tub. We can really recommend a family holiday in this lovely villa.

You know how sometimes after seeing lovely photos of a place, you are disappointed when you actually check in? Couldn’t be further from the truth here! The house was immaculate, spacious, and beautiful. Communication with the owner was friendly, helpful, and prompt. Check in and out were simple and quick. What really made our stay was all the attention to detail. Everything we could possibly have wanted or needed (pool toys, baby gates, a griddle, etc.) were there. It’s as if our every desire was anticipated. The house was spacious enough to allow privacy when we wanted it, yet large enough to include communal spaces to hang out together when we wanted to. It was even decked out with a lovely Christmas tree and other Christmas decor. Thank you for helping to make my spread-out family’s Christmas “reunion” a joy. ?

I booked the home as a family vacation. Our family arrived from 3 different states; I was the last one to arrive. My family met me in the driveway with exclamation of how beautiful the home is! “You gotta see this house”, “this is the nicest house we have ever rented”! A couple of family members had to cancel last minute so everyone had their own bed/bath suite! The game room and pool saw the most action during our stay. Our last night, we enjoyed moving night on the lanai. Everyone requested we make this our vacation home next reunion!

Home was perfect for my family of 13. Home was clean and had everything we needed. Sharon and Patricia were very quick to respond to any questions we had. We flew from Kauai, Hawaii and it was amazing to be able to stay in sick a beautiful home away from home! Highly recommend to everyone!!! Aloha and Mahalo

We had a family get together at this house and it was perfect for our crowd. Everything was beautiful, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. I would definitely recommend this house and would love to stay here again next year.

Everything about this villa holiday was FIRST CLASS. From our initial enquiry with the owner Pat in the UK nothing was too much trouble. We were given all the information needed about the villa, location, services, shopping etc. to ensure a successful trip. The villa itself was just as pictured and totally AMAZING! Spotlessly clean, lots of space, wonderful comfy beds (best sleep ever in the USA), exceptional furniture and fittings and everything possible provided to ensure a happy stay. The large pool area overlooking the open conservation area was a delight and an ideal place to relax after busy park days. We were so sorry to leave and would love to return in the future

We had 6 adults and 7 children and stayed for 15 nights in October.

The villa was exceptional – the pictures do not do it justice. Close to all the parks.

Lots of room and more for our 3 families. Super comfy beds throughout. All the appliances you could think of.

Amazing outside pool area and pool which was very difficult to keep the kids out of. The outside TV is an excellent touch. Great views from the patio including the cranes and cows.

All loved the air conditioned games room.

Clubhouse with large pool and lazy river was also great.

Thanks to the owners for thinking of everything and letting us stay in this outstanding villa.

We would all have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone. Would not hesitate to book again on our next trip.

The pictures on the website do not do this house justice. You must see in person!!!! This house is a home away from home. They thought of everything when furnishing this home. My family spent most of their time in pool area. Loved the tv on the patio. The family of cranes and cows were fun to observe.

House was great for 5 couples. Friday to Wednesday morning stay.
With the multiple bedrooms with attached baths everyone had the privacy as needed.
Pool area was great for our sunny days.The last day was cool and rainy so the game room got a workout. Great 5 star home.

What an amazing home and another great experience staying in Solterra Resort. This resort is secluded from the congestion of Davenport and Haines City, but yet close enough to all the grocers and stores we needed. We have stayed in this resort for the past 3 years, and found this new home that offered several families coming in for a college baseball tournament a great spacious place to stay. The layout and design of this home was beautiful and efficient for our needs. The southwest facing pool was amazing and provided a lot of sunshine with a shaded awning. There was a big screen TV outside that offered the perfect experience while we played cards and just had a bit of fun by the pool. Rooms were spacious and all had a great decor. We had visitors every night as the local cows from the farm to our south came to our fence to say hi. We also had daily visits from the sandhill cranes talking with us by the pool. We had no issues whatsoever, and the experience in booking was efficient. I had great communication with the owner from our booking to our move in. Pat was very quick to answer questions and just a delight to work with on this stay. We will keep this home open for our next stay next year too.

The house’s layout was great and provided plenty of room for our 3 families. The kitchen was well equipped and had tons of glassware and dishes for everyone. The double refrigerators and dishwashers were a plus and the massive island was awesome! The kids (and adults) loved the outdoor space... seating area with tv for watching games and the kids spent many hours in the pool/hot tub. The game room area with pool table and air hockey was also great for entertaining. It was about a 20-25 minute drive to Disney and 30-35 to Universal. The house was great and I’d recommend to anyone!

The house was beautiful. Had everything we needed and then some. Pool was beautiful. Very quiet neighborhood. The clubhouse was awesome. We loved our stay so much.

Had a great time using the pool, the garage play area, large kitchen with huge dining room table, 12 TV's in the house, 9 bedrooms, 7 full baths, large living room area.

I absolutely agree with all the other guests! We stayed the first week of October and this house accommodated our group of 12 for everything. We were just in awe as soon as we stepped in. Pat was awesome in answering all of our questions and concerns. The house was large, super clean and organized. Loved the idea of having 2 large refrigerators and 2 washing machines. We were only about 20 min away from Disney parks. And yes, we all got a kick out of seeing a herd of cows just grazing in the back. Thinking of coming back for the holidays in the near future. . Thank you Pat and your family for letting my family stay in this lovely home and making my 5 year old's birthday so memorable!!

This house is EVERYTHING. From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave, this house is IT. This was our first time ever staying in a vacation home, so naturally we were scared. When we first pegged this house, we contacted Pat and began asking A LOT of questions. Pat answered all of our questions and more. He made the experience even better. The house is so much prettier than the pictures show. We got to see all kinds of animals that must be native to Florida. Also, after going to the Disney parks we were able to come home and relax in CLEAN luxury. There is a pool and jacuzzi. The rooms each have their own color schemes, and they are beautiful, complete with full bathrooms, extremely comfy beds and linens (extras in the closet), two fridges and double washers and dryers (high efficiency). Just a couple FYI things, in case you decide to book (best choice ever.) The cost is converted into British pounds so when you check out, you should do a quick cost conversion so you can see how much it is in US dollars, because that will be your actual price. Also, check with your bank or credit card company before you check out because they may charge their own foreign transaction fee. This is separate from what you pay Pat, and it is based on your CC company. He doesn't have anything to do with that. Additionally, don't forget to PRESS THAT POOL BUTTON. Otherwise that pool alarm will wake everyone in the house lol. Lastly, the blueprint that shows how the rooms are set up is actually backwards. So if you are planning who is staying where (like us, because of all of our extended family), flip it around. It seems minor, but we had the rooms planned until we arrived lol! It's not a bad thing, just something to be prepared for. All in all this was a FANTASTIC experience and there is no doubt that we would stay here again. I do not profit from this review in any way, and I wasn't even asked to leave a review. I just had such an amazing experience, I wanted anyone else who was hesitant to book, to know that it was worth the price.

My family of 11 had an amazing time staying in Pat's villa. The location is great being close to the I4 and nearby shops and restaurants. Close to Disney and universal parks.

The villa is spacious with lovely big bedrooms, the kitchen is a cooks dream and the pool and hot tub are amazing.

Can't express how amazing this place is, hats of to Pat for being an amazing host and letting my family stay in such a wonderful home. Thank you .

What a beautiful home! My family and I fell in love as soon as we walked in the door. Tastefully decorated with attention to details always having the guests best interest in mind for a luxurious vacation stay! This home has so much to offer from the game room, the relaxing pool and lanai area to the ever so soft bed sheets! There is so much space in this home that there were areas that we could gather as a family yet everyone had enough space for some privacy as well.
This Solterra home is not very far from the theme parks, shopping and dining areas yet a great community outside of the hustle and bustle of traffic! A quick little jaunt to the grocery or drug store to grab those few little items that you may run out of (creamer)!
We would love to call this rental "our home" for all of our future vacations in the Orlando area!

AMAZING!

Everything was perfect. A short ride to the parks we were able to come home and cool off in the pool before heading back for the fireworks.
The two fridges were wonderful, one for beverages and the other for food.
The game room encouraged a lot of pool tournaments with room for all to cheer us on.
The house was beautifully decorated and welcoming.
The owners were excellent to work with. They answered our questions almost immediately.

We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful home. It was immaculately appointed, very comfortable and full of everything we needed or wanted. We especially appreciated all the baby equipment as we were traveling with 3 small children and this helped us out immensely. Our pool was perfect and the view out the back was awesome. The wildlife in the conservatory behind the house delighted the children each night when the cows would come graze around sunset. The clubhouse pool was a very special perk of the house as well... everything about our trip was perfect!

The home is beautiful. And perfect for a big family or group of friends traveling together. The decor is beautiful in each room and the outside living area tops it off. The owner Pat got back with us quickly and helped us with our last minute plans, the management company was able to help us as well. We really didn’t want to leave and have no complaints about the house or the booking process. Everything is top notch and the accommodations are superb. Just note that this is a new area so it is under a lot of construction. Somtimes it can be tricky getting around all the construction vehicles.

We had a fantastic stay of two weeks in this beautifully decorated house.
The house is well equipped and everything is there to make it a home away from home.
The owners and the managment company respond quickly if you have any questions or a problem has arisen.

Where to start with this outstanding villa. We had the chance to stay April 2018.well once again pat and Clive have really outdone themselves we have stayed in there villas before and have never ever had a issue they were more than happy to help anyway they can to make your holiday worries easier and less stressful. As for the villa the pictures really don't do it justice there is so much space with it being 9 bedroom all equally stunning (no need to argue who's having which room)with there being 13tvs 1 outside on the pool deck brilliant. the extra additional lounge upstairs was a special touch and of course the card table. The kitchen was huge with two dishwashers two washing machines two dryers easy for big groups. We especially loved the extended pool deck area plenty more space than other villas we've stayed in. And the view from the pool area looked straight across fields brilliant to watch the sun set(not back to back like most villas . And when the kids weren't in the pool they were either on the xbox or playing 1of the many games in the games room. This villa is perfect for all the parks if you can drag yourself away 10mins Disney 15mins universal. And plenty of restaurants and supermarkets 5 mins away our favourite being miller's. Soon as we got home we got in touch with pat to rebook and cant wait to go back. You really won't be disappointed value for money which really does make it a holiday of a life time. thanks for everything pat and clive from the Hurst family
