Fairway View, Highlands Reserve

This house is beautiful. Everything anyone could want!! Nothing has been forgotten to make sure everyone is catered for. From babies to teenagers to parents to grandparents.
Definitely a five star getaway!!!

We stayed at Fairway View for 3 weeks. We’ve stayed a couple of different villas when we’ve travelled to Florida before but this was by far the best one. The cleanliness and facilities at the villa were faultless and we highly recommend staying here. The location is great and only 45 minutes from the airport. We were a group of 7 and the villa was extremely spacious. We will definitely stay at Fairway View again in the future. Anything we required was catered for and it was easy to contact the owners if we had any questions. Don’t even look at another villa if you’re considering a holiday to Florida!!!

You have a beautiful home! The house had EVERYTHING and more than we needed for our week stay! The pool area is beautiful and very comfortable! The beds in the house were very comfortable and I loved that they provided enough towels and wash cloths! Overall we loved our stay and have no complaints!!

We have stayed in many villas over the years and Fairway View tops the lot! It was perfect. The rooms were perfect for our family of 6, all adults and we were able to spread out and have peace and quiet when needed...the villa is huge! On arrival it was lovely and clean, with good fresh linen, spare linen and more towels than a towel shop!! Everything you might need and more is available in the kitchen and throughout. The pool area was the best...ever! It was spacious and peaceful and secluded. We saw lofs of wildlife and thoroughly enjoyed the fab seating at night while all sat out relaxing and enjoying a drink or two after a long day in the parks. Great spot for accessing the parks without having to use the I4 if you didn't want to and plenty of supermarkets and local restaurants too.
Absolutely wouldn't hesitate in recommending Fairways and finally Pat was the most efficient at responding to any questions and so friendly too....just book it...you won't be disappointed!

We’ve just returned from a fantastic 18 night stay at this high spec beautiful villa. We’ve received fantastic service from Pat from the moment we made the enquiry to the day we left. Pat worked with us and our budget to make a stay in one of her villas possible which we really appreciated. Pat has been quick to respond to any queries we had and also provided some great advice about good routes to take and the surrounding area generally.

The villa itself is breathtaking - so many gorgeous little details. We were blown away the day we arrived at how lucky we were to be able to call it home for the next three weeks. Such a comfortable and relaxing space to return to after busy days in the parks.

If you’re considering booking this, or any one of, Pat’s villas, you won’t be disappointed. We will certainly be back.

Words can’t describe how wonderful this beautiful villa is. From the location, seclusion, luxurious surroundings and the most enormous pool and deck to wile away the peaceful hours and take in the serene location. Perfection

Our stay at Fairways Villa was, as usual, a wonderful time.
It is like our home away from home …. We feel so comfortable and relaxed. The home is always immaculate when we arrive and is outfitted with everything for each age of our grandchildren. We always look forward to returning the next year. A great place to be!!

3 generations of our family stayed in this beautiful villa for 3 weeks, plenty of activities for the 16 year old with the pool table and table tennis and excellent WiFi (thank goodness) the 3 year old spent most of her time in the pool, we took a pushchair and baby monitor but we could have easily used the ones supplied by Pat at the villa, the villa looks better than the pictures if that is possible, this was our 4th visit to Florida, first time in this villa but we would definitely stay again, Pat was a perfect host, answering queries and letting us change our dates by a couple of days due to changes in flights, we also had late check out and the whole experience was perfect. We had to contact the management team about the pool and they got back to us straight away and the pool guy came the next day. Definitely book this villa you won't be disappointed. Highway 27 and the 192 have lots of fantastic restaurants and if you take Avalon road to Disney it's alot quicker. A++++++++++++++

We stayed in this villa for a month and didn’t want to leave! The house is beautiful and was perfectly clean, we loved the hudge pool area , the game room and the location. It was a great pleasure to deal with Patricia, and each time we needed the local managers were coming right away to help us . Thank You Patricia everything was perfect we can’t wait to come back !

This house is conveniently located to parks / interstate. Golf course on site . The actual house is laid out very well . The pool deck and lanai are outstanding. The view is panoramic from the lanai , maybe the best in area . House is well supplied with necessary amenities. All in all a very , very great destination.

Right as you walk into this villa, you are greeted with the stunning view of the golf course through the wall of windows overlooking the pool deck. We loved the setting, in a quiet neighborhood with safe streets to take walks around. The home is arranged so that the bedrooms each have privacy since they are spread out in opposite wings, and the high ceilings throughout the home give a grand feel to the place. The beds are comfortable, the home was immaculately clean, the kitchen very well supplied with all dishes and cookware that we needed, and the master suite especially is very large! We loved the spacious pool deck with many areas to sit and relax, and the games room was also a hit with our kids. We will definitely stay here again! The owner, Pat, is very easy to reach when needed and has accommodated our every need. The local management company was also quick to respond to any questions we had. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting a vacation in the Disney/Orlando area!

We are all middle school teachers who after teaching through the pandemic, was in need of A Lot of Things. We thought we were going on a trip to Disney and to rest, relate, and release. The house was so comforting and beautiful, that we basically spent 5 days in the house just relaxing-1 day at Disney. The house was big enough for all of us to spend alone or together. It was stocked with everything, even a pump to blow up your pool toys:) The pictures don’t do the house justice, you have to see it for yourself. We needed a stress free vacation and this place gave us that at a 100+%. Words can not express our experience nor gratitude Thank you

We have a large family and the house was more than accommodating. It is very roomy and well stocked with anything you need. It is beautifully decorated and in a great neighborhood.
We were finally able to get to the clubhouse on our last day and it also was amazing. A lot of room to swim around and relax.
We would definitely stay there again!

This property was amazing! There were 9 of us staying in this 6 bedroom home. Every bedroom had an ensuite bathroom, which turned out to be necessary after parks and swimming. We made daily use of the pool and hot tub, as well as the lazy river and pool at the clubhouse. We payed extra for spa heat, which wasn't working the first day, but the property managers were prompt with sending someone out immediately after we called. What really sold me on this property was the pool area - the owners have plenty of lounge furniture [couch, lounge chairs, dining table] and an outdoor fan so the entire family could enjoy the pool area. Again, we definitely spent most of our time there. There was also a lovely veranda on the second floor of the home for an alternate view. The kitchen is large and well -stocked with dishes, pots/pans, and pretty much everything you would need. We actually cancelled some of our events so we could just stay at the home for the day to relax and enjoy!

The only thing we didn't like [that the owners have no control over] were the hours for the clubhouse cafe and for the lazy river. Both would be open between 10-4, and it seemed like most who were staying in this community would come later in the afternoon or evening after being in parks all day. That's when the lazy river would have come in handy, as well as snacks and drinks from the clubhouse. BUT, again, we had a fabulous time at this property and cannot wait to come back to stay next year!!

In one word: fantastic!. Clearly the owner paid attention to the property. The layout out of the villa and the Soltera location was excellent for us being with 7 adults and 5 kids among one baby. The house is free standing with a an open view to a reserve behind the pool. Opposite many other houses we have stayed in it does not feel cramped. The house itself is nicely set u with lot’s of space. We had beautiful weather, the second week the parks were pretty accessible, where the first week was rather busy because of the Easter holidays. Attention point for the next trip.
We hope that we are able to continue our visits to Florida around every 2-3 years as we did so for the last 30 years and hope we can return to one of Pat’s properties.

Great house! We will be booking again in the future.

We had a terrific week here! Everything was clean, the beds were so comfortable, the space was generous for our party of eight (four adults, four kids). Each morning, the adults started with coffee on the front deck to enjoy the morning sun. Most days, we hung out at the community pool and enjoyed the lazy river, then retreated to the house to enjoy the pool and hot tub. We are glad we paid for pool heat because it was easy to stay outside and swim after dinner and into the evening. Plus the kids really enjoyed the game room with the pool table and more. The house is a quick drive to Publix and Target which made getting supplies easy. We cooked or grilled at the house every day. It's well-stocked with all the kitchen items necessary for big meals. Thanks, Richardsons, for making this vacation one of our best yet!

We have stayed in many HomeAway properties and this one was definitely a great value for the price. The house is immaculate, in a nice location, and all amenities/supplies were as described. The amenities suited the size of the house, i.e. bathroom and television in every bedroom, large washer/dryer, lots of dishes/pots & pans.
We liked that there was as much "group" space as there was private, quiet space. This trip was shared with family friends and worked well. I would love to return with family!

We just returned from an 8 night vacation in Pat's beautiful home with 8 adults in our family. This home is just as it is pictured and in person is even more special. The kitchen is stocked with everything that you would need and the quality of the linens and towels was exceptional. The bedrooms worked out perfect and it is so nice that each bedroom has it's own bathroom plus the powder room on the main floor.
The home is decorated to feel very comfortable. Beautiful and modern finishes, but it still has a warm, cozy feeling. Every sitting area has comfortable furniture you can all spread out in. The men especially enjoyed the games room and full size pool table while the women shopped.
We paid to have the pool and hot tub heated and this was well worth it as we could go in even on cooler days and in the evenings.
Solterra Resort is a beautiful spot and the lazy river and pool area were amazing but there is nothing like coming back and relaxing in your own private pool at the end of the day!
Davenport is a great area. We have never stayed here before but everything you need is there and there is hardly any traffic. It only took us about 15 minutes to get to Magic Kingdom and Disney Springs.
We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful getaway.
Pat was so helpful in planning this trip and was very prompt to answer all our questions. As my title says, you will not be disappointed!

We had the privilege of staying at this lovely home for a month. It is actually nicer than the pictures reflect! The whole home is comfortable....all of the sofas, outdoor furniture, and especially the beds. Not just the master bed was comfortable, like some homes, but ALL of the beds have an excellent mattress and are inviting to lie down on after an active day. The home provides baby cribs, which we didn't need this year, and both master bedrooms have huge closets that could easily fit a crib for a little one to sleep tucked away in a quiet space.

The kitchen had plenty of dishes, and every pot, pan, and gadget that we needed to cook. The games room was a lot of fun and all the games were in great condition. The swimming pool and spa were wonderfully warm and were relaxing during the sunny days and sometimes chilly evenings in February. A nice perk in the home is that all of the TVs are smart TVs so we could use our Netflix and Amazon streaming accounts.

My favorite area of the home was the pool deck with the private view of the conservation area. The neighboring homes have landscaping around their pools, as this home does, so there is a sense of privacy and a quiet ambiance on the pool deck. In the morning, wading birds flock to feed in the conservation area, and we were able to see little blue herons, the great egret, snowy egret, sand hill cranes, and others.

The community pool has a spacious pool deck and awesome water slide for kids and adults alike! The lazy river isn't heated, but was still very refreshing on a warm afternoon. The kids enjoyed getting an Icee or other treat at the snack bar. We enjoyed quiet walks and bike rides in the neighborhood.

The owners of the home are a delight to work with....very professional and quick to respond. We highly recommend this home for an Orlando area stay!

The house is beautiful! Very clean with everything in its place. We cooked a lot instead of eating out, and the kitchen is well stocked with any pans, dish or appliances needed. The pool is fantastic, the only problem when we were there was that the weather didn’t cooperate with being outdoors much. To make up for that, the game room is awesome! We all had sore arms from the many air hockey games played. All in all, a great vacation experience! We would definitely stay at another of the owners properties!

The property was immaculate and our whole party (adults and children) really felt right at home! It was spacious enough for all 3 families to spread out, but cozy enough for us to congregate in the common areas comfortably as well. The pool and spa were very warm. The community was nice and quiet and great for walking the dog. The main clubhouse was a huge hit with the kids-they loved the water slide, the staff was very accommodating, and the food was delicious and very affordable! We hope to stay again in the future. We staid for a week and absolutely loved the home. Everything was is fantastic shape, well appointed and exactly as advertised. We were able to use the pool on one of the coldest days of the year and couldn't have asked for a better interaction with the owners and managment.
The doors to the pool are alarmed and it made staying with a 3 year old a safe and worry free vacation.
The community is close to everything and it took us less than 15 minutes to arrive at the magic kingdom.
This is a lovely home and we will stay here every time we visit.

My family and I stayed the week after Thanksgiving. It was my niece's 5th birthday and we were all so excited to have a place so close to Disney World(about a 25 minute drive), that also accommodated 7 people. The home was impeccably well maintained, clean, and spacious. Every desire was met for each person in our family. every room had an en-suite, and there was a first floor master for my parents, as well as a second master upstairs. The home was masterfully coordinated in decor, and all the furniture was comfortable as well. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and as it was the end of November/beginning of December, we were glad we added pool heat. I feel they beautifully mixed contemporary. modern and traditional aspects throughout, and missed no detail. There was even a teapot which personally made my day. My family and I could not have been more pleased with every aspect of this home. We even found time to enjoy the resort features on the property. Our family vacations are few and far between, but we loved every moment of this one, and having this wonderful property to come home to each night was a blessing.

We stayed at this lovely property from 11/7/18 - 11/12/18. Everything was exactly as described and expected. There were 9-10 of us and the ample living and sleeping spaces were perfect. I only wish we had more time to spend in the home, we were very busy with the parks, which were close and easily accessible. The home was very clean, the furnishings were comfortable and updated. The pool was warm and welcoming as was the spa. This Home offers everything you will need to have a fabulous vacation with your family. Hoping to return. This house was amazing!! We had the best time. Plenty of room for everyone to relax and play. 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and 9 TVs! I plan to tell others about this property. We would definitely go back again!!!!!!

We had such an amazing and relaxing vacation. The house is very specious, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you can think of. Perfect for the family traveling with little kids. The owners Pat & Clive Richardson were fantastic in the build up to our vacation, very helpful and guided us all the way with invaluable advice about where to eat, where to shop, where to drive, superb.

As for the villa - WOW - was our initial reaction after walking into the property, absolutely stunning and it really enhanced our stay no end. The entire set up was spot on, from the equipped kitchen that had everything you could imagine to the comfortable beds that you could sink into after a long day around the many parks to the outside space that was fantastic for the kids (and adults in the spa) to cool off in the spacious pool, superb!! Cannot say enough good things about this property, the complex pool is also superb and gives you something completely different. Very convenient for the main Disney parks, approx 20 min drive that is very straight forward and also in relation to the shopping complex's that are a 15 min drive away and you can save a fortune!

The management company in charge of the upkeep were very responsive to any concerns, which there were hardly any due to the well kept nature of the property, even the guy on the gated entrance was pleasant and very helpful.

All in all an exceptionally great experience had by our 2 families, visiting all of the great parks and having a cracking time, then being to able retreat back to this wonderful property to unwind, chill & relax, as above, after a day or 2 we referred to when answering the kids, 'when we get home', which speaks volumes as to how comfortable this place makes you feel.

We are already looking at flight & accommodation prices for next year, it was that good!!

This house was perfect. If had everything you would ever need while on vacation.
The owner was quick to answer any questions and the managers office was open 24 hours answering any questions.
We were impressed with the amount of towels and lines that were provided.
Everything in the house was either new or in great shape. Th appliances were great when cooking and doing laundry.
The pool and hot tub were perfect after a long day at the parks. I would definitely recommend this house to others.

From the moment we booked, the communication from Pat was fantastic, we knew this would be a great villa and it certainly didn't disappoint! Everything you could think of needing was provided.The villa is very close to supermarkets and restaurants. I wouldn't hesitate in booking again!

We picked this house as the bedrooms suited our 3 adult children and 2 grandchildren. Each couple had their own king/queen bed while the grand kids had twin beds in each of their rooms. Everyone, including the kids, had their own bathroom with tub and shower. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were well decorated with warm friendly colors. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes and cutlery. We made our own dinner most nights and never ran out of plates or glasses. The covered lanai was a great spot to relax out of the sun. The pool was a perfect size and was well used by all. We did pay for heat in the pool and spa which made it great for a later evening dip. The games room was well equipped with a pool table, air hockey and Foosball. The property management company responded quickly to a couple minor issues and we found their staff to be very friendly.
Overall the house was exactly what we expected and met with all our expectations. Pat, the owner, was great to deal with and made us feel welcome.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa, every room was exactly as the photos. We were a party of 8 adults and 3 children and we had loads of room here. We all had great bedrooms which meant no arguments! There are multiple living areas which are great when staying in a large group. The games room is set up well and was used by all ages. The pool area was lovely, your not overlooked and it was a very relaxing area for those days we had off from the parks. Great location, close to Publix supermarket and the I4 to get you to Disney. We had great communication with Pat the whole time, from booking to our arrival and I would recommend this property to everyone. Thanks Pat, your home is amazing.

This house is put together beautifully and offers something for everyone of all ages. The kids loved the games room and the multiple sitting rooms allowed for us to have our own spaces when desired. The pool and hot tub are nestled into a private area with limited neighbours to worry about and the gorgeous pool side furniture is as comfortable as it looks. The clubhouse was a bonus for us - the pizza was given a thumbs up by the kids and the bar was definitely a plus for the adults. The water slide and lazy river were highlights there for sure.
The location of this resort is situated conveniently close to anything you’d like or need to do - publix, Walgreens, gas, attractions, restaurants of all kinds, etc.
We will definitely be back to this location soon - already have a trip booked in March with the same owners. Pat and Clive are very hospitable and have thought of everything. Thank You!!

We stayed in this perfect home for 7 days over Christmas. Conveniently located, this home was beautiful . It has everything you need and tons of space. It was 10 of us , 3 families and looooottttssss of room . We never felt cramped. We were looking to book again, but someone else beat us to it. You will not be disappointed. I CanNOT say one bad thing.

Everything was available. The beds were super comfy too! The sheets were so soft and the pillows were perfect! Plenty of room for our whole family to spread out. Pool at the house was a lot of fun. When we called to make sure the pool was heating they had some one out very quick to check it and then came by again later to make sure it was still heated. The community pool is awesome too! I would definitely recommend this house again!

Nothing but wonderful things to say about the home. Bedrooms are all comfortable and everyone gets their own bath! plenty of towels and pillows for everyone. There were 10 adults and couple small kids but with 3 living rooms we never felt cramped. Must get the pool heated (extra charge but so worth it) because the hot tub is amazing after a long day walking at the parks. We had a few small maintenance issues but called the 24/7 number and somebody was there within a half hour to fix it so cant complain about that.

Pat- I really cant thank you enough for letting us stay here and my family says we can never go back to hotels on vacations so you set the standard for us.

The 6 bdrm, 6 1/2 bath home was wonderful. It is in a lovely community and on a cul de sac. the house had everything we needed and more. There were games, books, lots of sitting areas inside and outside and a game room. We were able to use the pool and spa every day and thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Great area, clean home, resort amenities a big plus.

Loved this place - everything we needed - I could go on how fab it is but the best thing to do is come and see yourself If I came back I would come back here without a shadow of a doubt.

The home is very well decorated and clean. Tons of space and so much to do. The kitchen is absolutely fabulous. The pool was clean and had perfect temperature. I wish we never had to leave. The lazy river and community pool were also extremely nice and clean. I would definitely come back.

Our stay over 11 days saw up to 4 families share this beautiful villa at one point in our stay, and it had more than enough space for all our needs. The decor was modern, clean and fresh throughout, and the kitchen had everything we could want for (including a teapot!). The beds were so comfortable it made getting up for the parks each morning very tough, but the location of the resort was ideal for accessing Disney and the I4 to Universal too, so if we were running late, we always made up time on the road.
Local facilities around Champions Gate and Lake Wilson Drive were only 5 mins drive for Publix, fuel, loads of takeaway options, as well as some great restaurants for a meal out.
We were so busy at the parks, it was hard to find time to make the most of the brilliant games room and card table, but we did really enjoy catching up with some classic Scottish comedy on the TV at the end of each day! The kids loved chilling upstairs in the living space too with netflicks a real bonus.
The pool area was lovely, not too overlooked, and big enough for a mountain of inflatables; both brought by us and available in the villa. We were also lucky to have the communal pool's lazy river open during our stay, and this was a great alternative for the whole gang when we fancied some extra space. It really is a fantastic bonus to have such communal facilities available to guests.
We can't fault our stay at Pat and Clive's beautiful villa and will be recommending it to anyone who's thinking of a trip to Orlando in the future. Thanks for giving us the perfect setting for our amazing holiday!

Our family enjoyed this amazing vacation home. The house was so large that it comfortably housed a family of 12 and still had room to spare. The home was beautifully decorated and very, very clean. The children loved the swimming pool and swam daily, multiple times! We also enjoyed the community pool and waterslide. There are grocery stores, Walgreens, and McDonald's just a few minutes away . The drive to Disney is quick and easy. All in all we enjoyed our week at this lovely home and would not hesitate recommend it to anyone!!

We absolutely loved this home, it was better than we expected and we will definitely be coming back. I will definitely be recommending it to my friends and family for future holidays.

We had 2 families of 6 stay at this home and were impressed with how spacious it was! We have 8 kids between the 2 families (ages 6-13) and between the backyard pool, community pool, game room, board games and poker table we were entertained the entire trip. The house was much bigger than we thought and we had plenty of space. We spent a few days at the parks and ocean and this was the perfect house to come home to at the end of our day. We loved having the full kitchen to prepare a few meals at the house too. All in all a great vacation in a great home!

Solterra was nice and very safe as it was gated .A 5 min drive to restaurants at Champions Gate which are clean and new ,we walked between Chilies and Millers ale house and the seven 11 then got an Uber home for the first time $11.00 in a Lincoln Towncar with leather interior ,that was a great end to our night on the town.
Pool table in the garage was a hit with the boys.
My in Laws took the downstairs bedroom with the baby and they could easily nip in from the pool at night to check on the baby.
Also the upstairs living area was good for the mums to have a glass of wine at night during the busy pool time with the dads and the kids making lots of noise.
We have stayed in lots of homes and communities over the years in the Orlando area.

This home is the best we have been in. The resort is also great and when the lazy river opens it will be amazing.
Would love to go back again.

We stayed in this property for one week at the end of November. The weather was great! An awesome time for travel.

With three generations staying together, including 4 children under the age of 4, the house provided all the space we needed (and more!) to gather as a group or in our smaller family units.

Upon arrival, we were met with a house that exceeded our expectations - clean, beautiful, functional... In actuality, it was exactly as described, we just thought what we read was too good to be true! Not the case!!

There were so many small touches that made the stay great. I'd have to say that all the essentials on site for the children and babies was a real bonus!

We had a few issues with the private pool not working, but the management company had someone out within 2 hours to have it looked at and fixed!!

This resort will really be something in the next few years, with the additions they are adding to the main clubhouse area. Unfortunately, because of the renovations and construction, the heat to the main pool and hot tub at the clubhouse was not working. We weren't able to spend as much time there as we had hoped... thankfully the private pool at the house was perfect for our needs!

Clive and Pat were great in the booking process. They answered all of our questions promptly. They went above and beyond with our request for a late check out due to a late flight.

We will not hesitate to recommend this vacation property to any large group looking to stay in the Orlando area - close to all the Disney parks!!

We were a family of 11 and there was so much space for us all the place didn't feel crowded at all. The games room was well used by all the 5 children and they loved the pool as did all the adults, we used the BBQ provided which made a great change from eating out. There were plenty of bathrooms so no queues for showers. There was everything you could think of in the kitchen, you name it, it was provided. All of the bed linen was high quality and the beds so comfortable. It was good having a laundry room and we made full use of it.
The house was superbly fitted out and the colour schemes were relaxing, TV's were in abundance but we didn't use them much.
The communal pool and gym were a bonus and several of the family regularly used the gym early morning. The coffee was good at the pool and cabana style sun shades were very welcome.
We would definitely stay here again if the chance arises, thank you so much.

Where do I start? This was quite simply the best villa we've ever stayed in in Florida! It's decorated and furnished to an exceptionally high standard but still manages to achieve a really comforting 'home from home' vibe which made us fall in love with the place!

The property is very well equipped and it seems to have been really well looked after by both the owners and previous guests which is lovely.

As far as the location is concerned, again, it was perfect. All of the main attractions and restaurants were no more than 20 minutes or so away with the Kennedy Space Centre being just over an hours' drive (and VERY worth a visit!). We also had a number of good supermarkets nearby - we still can't get over the staff in Walmart packing for us?! Amazing.

All in all, our family had an amazing trip and we would DEFINITELY stay here again. Pat was an absolute superstar and kindly liaised with the management company so that we had a food pack waiting for us upon arrival which was great too. I'd definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the Disney area.

This home is especially accommodating, beautiful and comfortable to vacation at/in. My husband and I just spend three weeks (Feb 28 - Mar 19, 2016) here. My son, his wife and their 3 children joined us for 9 days! What fun everyone had in the game room, playing video games, swimming and a couple visits to the Community pool, waterslide and playground area. There is a small nature area in the back of the home, Grey Sand Cranes were fun to watch - they actually came close to allow pictures.

Home was close to I-4 & US 27 and the Disney parks.

We would definitely consider returning if we return to Orlando next year!

The house was amazing! Every room was like a picture out of a magazine! What you can't see in the pictures is the actual quality of the cookware, dishes, appliances, and bedding. The pool and hot tub were wonderful, as was the outdoor furniture and cozy seating area on the patio. Pat was fantastic to work with throughout the entire reservation process. Everything was so nice we didn't want to leave! Ever!!!!!

This beautiful home exceeded our expectations in every way. We had a family of 12 ranging from ages 7-85 that stayed here for our Thanksgiving holiday. The multiple living and game areas spread throughout the house were very accommodating for our large group. The house had everything that we needed and so much more. We loved having bedrooms with TVs and en suite bathrooms. This gave each individual family in our group the perfect retreat away when they needed a little privacy. This home is a short drive from all of the parks and it is conveniently located near several stores and restaurants. Our family loved every minute of our stay here and we are looking forward to our next visit.

We stayed at Pat's villa in November, and our only regret was that we had to leave.

The location can not be faulted, easy access to all the Theme Parks, the 192 for restaurants, golf and supermarkets.

Whilst the resort is still a work in progress around the Villa only one small building was going up so overall it was very peaceful.

The resort complex is amazing with a great pool and slide, tennis courts, football pitch and gym. It was dead when we were there and had it all to ourselves!!

The villa itself was huge, in top condition and really well equipped. We didn't even use half of it given the size and there was so much we planned to do in the Villa but simply ran out of time.

The pool and spa are excellent, a little in the shade given the winter time, but nonetheless we spent many hours out there having fun and relaxing.

It was by far the best villa we have stayed in and I cannot recommended it highly enough, so if you are thinking about it, go for it, as its already booked for when we planned to return later this year.

Our families were attracted to this property due to reviews and pictures on the website. We were not disappointed. The property is ideal for families visiting Disney and the Florida peninsula. The property is well maintained and was spotlessly clean on arrival. Information provided by the owner was excellent and the location ideal for access to the Interstate and groceries. (Champions Gate is about a ten minute drive). Travel to the Disney Parks is easy and even more so after you become familiar with the I4. [Please note that as the property is new, your SatNav will need up to date maps to locate Solterra. FIO]. Would recommend a trip to Clearwater Beach. Our family made the trip (~3 hours) and stayed over at a local hotel. It really is the most amazing beach: white sands and clear (warm) water! Do visit Jimmy's Fish Bar in the Holiday Inn if you make the trip. You will not be disappointed.

We had spoken to Pat, the owner, before booking and she promised us that we would love their Solterra Villa. We absolutely did! It was perfect for our party of 9 (2 couples with respective kids) and a lovely home from home.

Everything was as promised - apart from the grey skies and rather more rain than we had hoped!

Whilst we spent most of our 9 days visiting Disney and Universal theme parks, the villa provided us with a great place for relaxation after a hard day's fun and is equipped with a games room, card table, plenty of TVs and of course a pool and Jacuzzi.

All of the bedrooms are of a good size (all doubles/twins) and whilst one is a very large master, the second largest room is really decent size and therefore both couples were very happy (although the executive decision for the master was made by tossing a coin!).

The villa has plenty of space and can accommodate 12 easily. It is very well positioned in relation to Orlando with supermarkets and restaurants close by.

The Solterra resort is gated and residents also have use of a well-equipped gym and shared pool area.

We really enjoyed the villa and strongly recommend it.

This home exceeded our expectations, it was immaculately presented & had everything you could possibly need to be comfortable on holiday, even down to pool towels. It was ideally situated for local amenities & a short drive to the main attractions of Disney. Would definitely stay in this house again when visiting the sunshine state, absolutely fantastic!

We have rented villa's in Orlando area 4 times previously, and this was definitely the best so far, very spacious and comfortable with everything you could require to enjoy your stay. Fantastic games room for the kids and very clean and tidy. Definitely recommend it 100%.

We have been visiting Florida for 25 years and have stayed in some super houses.
However this one was the best. Clean, tidy, modern, well maintained, well presented. Could not find a negative at all. Pat was always helpful and accommodating whenever I had any requests regards booking, attractions, car hire.

This villa was amazing. Much more than promised.The owners have thought of everything, from plasters, tupperware and walkie talkies!Spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished,and so much bigger than expected.The owners,Pat and Clive feel like old friends, so helpfull and kind.I have already passed the details to friends who are looking to holiday in Florida,and cant wait to return next year.You must try "Texas roadhouse"on the 192, opposite target,fantastic steaks and cocktails.Had the best holiday, love all Disney parks, and stayed in the best villa, you have to go!Harry Potter world at Universal is something else, can not tell you how good it is.

I am so glad we found this property. This was our first trip to Florida and we were a family of 12.
I can't fault the house, there is so much space that we never felt on top of each other. The first floor living area and front veranda are a lovely touch if you wanted some time to yourself. The bedrooms are all of a good size with everything you need and the master bedroom is so big you could not ask for anything else.
The house is beautifully decorated with more than enough cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils.
The pool is a great size which was loved by both kids and adults with very comfy garden furniture, the gas BBQ is a lovely touch too. We cooked on there most evenings.
We were here for the parks and most of the parks and within a 25-30 minute drive straight down the I4.
There is a huge supermarket nearby which has everything you need for your stay. We ate in most evenings so I cannot comment on the local restaurants, but there are plenty to choose from.
The resort is well looked after, with a lovely communal pool and great gym. Everywhere is spotless. The garbage was collected everyday.
I would like to thank the owners Pat and Clive, their communication before and after the holiday was brilliant and no question is too big or small to ask.
I would definitely recommend this villa and if I was ever to return to Florida I would not hesitate to stay here again, I just hope I can return one day.

I was lucky enough to have a number of options available with similar amenities when looking for a villa. I chose this Villa after speaking with the owners as they left me with a good feeling, they seemed like very genuine nice people and most importantly spoke about their villa as their pride and joy, their home away from home. This villa is beautiful inside out, the pictures do not do this place justice!! the décor/styling has been carried out to the highest standard down to the smallest detail and everything has been catered for (too much to list), you can tell the owners take great pride in their home!! You can relax in this peaceful location which has an amazing club house, the main pool is fantastic with a water slide, great spa, children's play area, chill out area, you would not need to leave the resort!! All the main attractions are a 15 minute drive away if you do want to venture out, plenty of restaurants/supermarkets just minutes away. I have never bothered with writing a review but I just had to this time as I couldn't have asked for more, the whole experience from speaking to the owners to arriving at the villa filled us with joy, trust and confidence in those who we were dealing with. You do get nervous before hand hoping that everything will be as expected and this villa was better than expected which starts your holiday on the best note possible. One day I had a problem with the internet so called the management company who were at the front door by the time I put the phone down and the issues was solved in minutes. In our party we had ages from 15 months old to 70+ old granny and all had a great experience, there is so much room in the villa for everyone to have their own space when needed
