In our Vacation Homes you will find all the home from home comforts – all of the properties are well equipped with items to make your stay as comfortable as possible, including comfortable beds and luxury linens, fully equipped kitchens, large TV’s, BBQ/Grills, as well as a Games Room.
For Babies we have cribs and high chairs – all pool doors are alarmed. We offer free secure fast Wi fi so you can keep in touch with family and friends. You will have the ideal place to spend quality time with family or groups of friends and make wonderful lifetime memories.
RELAX – all bookings are now covered by a Damage Waiver up to $1500 for your peace of mind.
The Orlando area offers so much for every age group whether it be relaxing round your private villa swimming pool, exploring the wonderful beaches of the Gulf or Atlantic coast or the excitement of all the Orlando Theme Parks as well as Busch Gardens in Tampa.

Our villas and location
We carefully selected the location and style of our villas. Each has its own special qualities and points of interest, be it the wonderful lake view, the sunset, the relaxing views of Florida Conservation or Meadows. They are within 10-25 minutes of Disney and have very easy access to the I4 for speedy journeys to the other parks, shopping and coast. There are many golf courses close by, as well as delightful small communities to explore.

Disney is only a 3 mile drive from our nearest communities of Formosa Gardens and Emerald Island -Other communities are within a 15-25 minute drive – Universal and Sea World are easily accessed via the I4.
