Lake Sunrise is a luxury lakefront villa with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Located in gated Formosa Garden Estates - one of the most attractive and closest developments to Walt Disney World. There are many premier golf courses nearby, and for further entertainment, the new Sunset Walk by Margaritaville and the H2O waterpark is a short 5 minutes’ drive away. This is an established premier mixed vacation rental and residential estate of executive class villas on oversized plots. Perfectly located for visiting the attractions - shops, supermarkets and restaurants are a short drive away. Disney - 3 miles drive and the I4 give fast access to Universal Studios – 15 miles.
Furnished to a high standard, with wonderful air conditioned game room, upgraded bathrooms and beautiful decor, this is your perfect home away from home.
Entering Lake Sunrise you will find the first of two sitting rooms, with doors to the pool area - an ideal place to relax, catch up on the events of the day or enjoy gazing at the beautiful lake view.
The formal dining area is also here where you can enjoy family meals together.
These two rooms lead to the large family room, with views of the lake and doors to the pool and lanai area. There is a large well-equipped kitchen, with counter seating a further Dining nook - ideal for games night - and there is a large sitting area with leather sofas and large TV.
On the left side of the home is the 1st of two Master King bedrooms, this ground floor room has a large ensuite bathroom, with soaker tub, walk in shower and double vanities, and a walk-in wardrobe. Decorated in a light coastal style, this room features a sitting area with patio doors and views of the lake.
The 2nd Master bedroom is upstairs - a very large room with King bed, it has an ensuite, walk in shower and double vanity and a large walk in closet. There is a comfortable sitting area with sofa and chairs, making this a perfect retreat.
Off the family room, is the 3rd Suite, this features a Queen bed with an ensuite Shower Room - this has access to the pool area and serves as a pool bathroom.
The two further bedrooms share the family bathroom - The seashore room features a flexible bed arrangement enabling the room to be set as either a King bed or 2 Twin beds. The other is a Twin room decorated in a black/white/red Mickey theme.
All bedrooms feature luxury linens, comfortable mattresses, smart TV and ceiling fans.
There is a fabulous large games room - featuring a slate bed pool table and foosball (table football), air hockey, table for games, arcade machines and large Smart 75" TV, reclining chairs and is independently air conditioned.
There is free, fast and secure wifi throughout the home.
Outside you will find your outdoor oasis - paved deck with all day sun surrounding the large L Shaped 30 ft long very private swimming pool and in ground hot tub. LED pool colour changing lighting creates a magical atmosphere at night.
Relax and catch up on the day’s events while enjoying the beautiful view over Star Lake. There is a covered lanai with very comfortable seating and an outside TV. Dine alfresco at the dining area.
For outdoor cooking enthusiasts, a Gas BBQ area is provided - included in your rate.
Set in spacious gardens our home has plenty of space all round. Secure fenced area to both sides of the home make an ideal outdoor games, or play area.
Our home is fully managed locally, so you always have someone to call in case of a problem.
Answers to often asked questions -
All bedrooms are on the ground floor with the exception of 1 large King suite which is upstairs.
Pool Towels and bathroom towels provided.
There is a Coffee machine for filter coffee or pods (K-cups) & electric kettle.
The laundry area has a front-loading washer and separate dryer.
The home has a keyless entry system, ring doorbell, full house alarm and a safe.
All doors to the pool area are alarmed to comply with Florida legislation.
Parking is available for up to 3 cars on the driveway - no roadway parking. The community does not allow RV, trailer, or commercial vehicle parking.
Accessible - Although not specifically adapted for wheelchairs, the ground floor is easily accessible.

Your rental includes free fast secure wifi, USA/Canada calls.
For the little ones we have a baby crib, pack and play and highchair (2nd available) - included.

* Pool and spa heat can be added to your booking. Cost pool and spa $40 per night or in warmer months $20 per night for Spa only.
* The damage waiver cover added to every booking covers accidental damage during your stay to a value of $1500
Check in Time is 5 pm and check out 10 am - if you would like to request the availability of an earlier or later check out please enquire, additional charge may apply
Our home is pet friendly - dogs only (Max 2) - by prior arrangement. A fee of $100 is payable. (thorough cleaning takes place after every pet stay to ensure no signs of pets remain for guests without their furry family)

• For your privacy there are no cameras or video recorders are located inside the home or on the pool area.
Formosa Gardens Estates,  A prestigious gated community, with luxury Villas is set in a spacious garden lots with a small lake at is centre, around which both our homes are located with lovely views.
The location is perfect - a couple of minutes to shops and restaurants on the 192 and the Super Walmart. Parks are close by with Animal Kingdom only 5 minutes away!  Fast easy access to the I4 Hwy to Seaworld and Universal just 15 miles away. Golf is just down the road too!  An added bonus is the new Margaritaville area with Sunset walk shops and dining area and the amazing Waterpark H2O only 4 minutes drive awayÂ
